Terms and Conditions

A 50% deposit payable upon booking confirmation.
Balance is payable week before arrival.
Reschedule/Cancellation less than 1 week of original check in date will result in loss of 100% of original invoiced amount.
Cancellation more than 1 week of original check in date will result in loss of 50% of original total invoiced amount.
Reschedule between 1 and 4 weeks of original check in date will result in loss of 50% of original total invoiced amount.
Reschedule more than 4 weeks of original check in date will result in an admin fee of 15% of original total invoiced amount.
Pets allowed in the Lavender Cottage and Rosemary Hut self-catering units only.
