Our standard check-in time is 15h00. We ask that guests notify us of their planned time of arrival a day before checking in. This will help us to preheat the hot tub so that it’s warm and ready for guests to use as soon as they arrive.

Our standard check-out time is 10h00. Guests checking out:

• On a Monday to Friday after 8h30 should please lock all doors of the unit and leave the keys in the front door.
• On a Monday to Friday before 8h30 should please lock all doors of the unit, activate the alarm and place the keys in the key box at the entrance of the farm.
• On a Saturday or Sunday please lock all doors of the unit, activate the alarm and place the keys in the key box at the entrance of the farm.

Although we absolutely love having the four-legged friends visit the farm, The Buchu Box is not a pet friendly unit.

Upon arrival, guests are welcomed with a packet of rusks and long-life milk.

Berseba Farm does not cater for any food. For eating out, the neighbouring towns of Caledon, Hermanus, Kleinmond and Botriver offer a variety of restaurants and are only a couple of minutes drive from the farm. Local wine from farms in the area is available for purchase. Alternatively, Genevieve MCC and Gabrielskloof Wine Estate are practically down the road, booking is essential.

We aim to provide sufficient wood for our guests’ stay. In the case of guests running low on firewood, a top up can be requested at no extra charge. We ask that guests notify us a day in advance.
